Trust is the foundation for everything we do, and if we can learn to trust one another more, we can have unprecedented human progress.
In this Teamraderie Journey, your team will participate in three live, expert-led, interactive experiences together. You will take a crash course on trust: how to build, maintain, and restore it when lost. More importantly, you will do this as a team and contextualize all that you learn to make your team and workplace a more trusting environment.
To develop and build trust, we must understand the components of trust – authenticity, empathy, and logic.
If you sense that I am being authentic, you are much more likely to trust me. If you sense that I have real rigor in my logic, you are far more likely to trust me. And if you believe that my empathy is directed towards you, you are even more likely to trust me.
When all three of these things are working, we have great trust. But if any of these three gets shaky or starts to wobble, trust is threatened.

2. Experiences
Your team will participate in four curated experiences in a sequence developed in collaboration with Frances Frei designed to build and optimize your team’s trust.
Don’t let your team be a bust – help build their trust.
Your team will really jive – while listening to award-winning poet and songwriter IN-Q Live.
Then your team will feel heard – while they come up with their own spoken word.
Once upon a time there was a team that learned how to drive the narrative through storytelling. Along the way, they boosted their trust, compassion, and empathy. Hint: It is your team at the end of this experience!
How can your team enhance their empathy? What if we said…Improv! In this active experience, you and your team will learn how to put yourself in someone else’s shoes, respond to their emotions, and co-create a scene with them. This helps to develop social skills and the ability to understand and connect with others, which is a key aspect of empathy.
After each experience, you’ll receive weekly tips, exercises, and activities to put into practice with your team to continue building upon what you learned together.

We really enjoyed the experience. I liked how turnkey it was — from the supplies, to the scheduling, to the calendar reminders, etc.”
