Where can I see details for my upcoming experience?
Select “Upcoming Experiences” from the left-hand menu in the Account Center.

Where can I find the tracking number for my kit?
Your tracking number is sent approximately a week before the experience. Look for an email from mikaela@teamraderie.com.
How can I update my address?
Email mikaela@teamraderie.com with your updated address.
I have a specific dietary preference, can you accommodate this?
Yes! The address form has all available dietary options for each kit.
Do your beverage kits contain non-alcoholic options?
Yes!
Where do you ship?
We ship globally, with the exception of Russia and North Korea.
Do I need to pay right away?
No, you can place a free 48-hour hold.
My team is all in person, can I still use Teamraderie?
Yes! We support in-person, hybrid, and remote teams with our virtual facilitation.
The date and time I want isn’t available, what should I do?
Our availability on our website is updated in real time, so we recommend exploring an alternate date or time. You can also reach out to mikaela@teamraderie.com with your request, and we can see if any accommodations can be made.
Can I provide my own meeting link?
Yes, you can either add it during the checkout process, or email it to mikaela@teamraderie.com.
