Through role-play scenarios and guided reflection, participants will learn how effective leaders flex their style based on the moment. You will build a clearer sense of when to step in, when to step back, and how to unlock stronger team performance.

What to expect during the experience?
Francesca will guide your team through interactive role-play scenarios drawn from real-world leadership moments. You will start with a quick reflection to surface your default leadership style and where it may be limiting your team.
Through small-group activities and debriefs, participants will practice adjusting their approach by choosing when to take charge and when to create space for others. You will explore how different leadership choices impact energy, ownership, and outcomes.
The session closes with a personal reflection where participants identify one way they will adjust how they lead going forward.
